Users may experience delays with uploading files in excess of 5mb in size but the upload will eventually complete. Update - We have verified webUI appears OK, and core infrastructure is OK. However, desktop agent and mobile device agents vary in connectivity based on the telco / internet connection. Network engineers are assessing. We will advice more shortly.
