Identified - Datto Workplace version 10.5.2.91 does not currently support macOS 26 "Tahoe".

Instanced where the operating system is updated may result in loss of workplace functionality.

Datto are actively working on an agent version to support the latest macOS release and we will communicate any updates.

Update - Datto Workplace FileSync and WebUI download functionality appears to have been restored. All tests appear to now be functional and working as expected.

Investigating - We are currently aware of an issue affecting Datto Workplace services. Based on our investigation, this appears to be a system-wide issue impacting multiple customers.

We have escalated the matter directly to Datto and their engineering team is actively investigating.
