Like all impacted organizations, we are working diligently to fully restore all our services. We will continue to keep you updated until the impact from the CrowdStrike incident is fully resolved.

Update - We believe the root cause is a major worldwide tech outage, believed to have been caused by a flawed anti-viral update from US cyber security company CrowdStrike. The issues have impacted the some of the biggest companies around the world, including banks, IT companies and even airports, leading to some flights being grounded.
It is understood a flawed update was rolled out globally, shutting companies out of access to computers.

Identified - Due to the change of API for MPexchange billing, the source for billing quantities was changed in our billing process. Unfortunately, as MPEXD is a “bundle” of MPmail, Dropsuite and hosted exchange the “bundle roll-up” component didn’t run on the final billing run resulting in the quantities not updating correctly.

We will be issuing credit notes to all accounts impacted on Monday. We will also partially refund all credit cards that have already been transacted. Connectwise Integration will have the correct data in place as of today. We apologise for any inconvenience or re-work we have caused.

Investigating - Hello, unfortunately the Manage Protect monthly billing run has been delayed this month and is expected to go out on the 4th of July 2024. This is due to the deprecation of one of our technology partners billing API and subsequent delay of billing information being received. We are aiming to have this resolved for next month, and apologise for any inconvenience caused to our partners.
