Update - We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Our initial assessment indicates that the Datto Workplace AU5 service disruption was triggered by security-related maintenance performed earlier today.

The Operations and Engineering teams are continuing to investigate and are taking steps to ensure this issue does not occur again outside of scheduled maintenance windows.

We are continuing to monitor the environment and will provide a further update as soon as additional information becomes available.

Identified - We have identified an ongoing service issue affecting the Datto Workplace AU5 environment.

Users may experience issues connecting to Datto Workplace through both the web interface and Workplace desktop agents.

The engineering team has isolated the issue to a specific server and is actively working to restore the affected service. Based on current progress, we expect services to be restored soon.

We are continuing to monitor the incident closely and will provide a further update as soon as additional information is available or service has been fully restored.
