We believe the issue has been resolved. Internal testing appears to show everything is working. We will advise the root cause in the morning.

Update

We have verified webUI appears OK, and core infrastructure is OK. However, desktop agent and mobile device agents vary in connectivity based on the telco / internet connection. Network engineers are assessing. We will advice more shortly.

We are able to replicate the connectivity issue on mobile devices. Web UI and desktop agents appear to be functioning correctly. Please use the WebUI if you are having difficulties: https://manage.workplace.datto.com/
