We are pleased to inform you that the recent service incident experienced by our Datto Workplace and Datto File Protection partners where Users of Datto Workplace and Datto File Protection in the AU5 region experienced a brief, transient network disruption, which has since self‑resolved.

The Datto Engineers are working to identify the root cause and mitigate an future incidents.
